Prologue This book is dedicated to my mother who suffers from the same illness which I am writing about. I have always wanted to help get rid of her burden. She said she would not wish it upon the most horrible of people. Once, I asked that amazing woman if she would wish it upon Hitler and she said "May be". The thought I am putting in to this book is all because of my mother. She is the strongest, most incredible person man could meet.
